Most of these are from Saturday when we were in Salt Lake. It was raining and dark so I played around with the bokeh… a little too much! Oh, and they were all taken from inside the car.

I know it’s late! It’s been a long day… but I did learn how to tape and mud!
This is my Grandpa’s mailbox. I’m pretty sure he made it all with scraps from… whatever, but that’s how he does things!
This is just funny Sean! He can’t hold down the other two fingers, so when you ask him how old he is he holds up his hand and crosses two fingers.
I have to admit that this week I was a huge slacker and didn’t take many pictures. Instead I went fabric shopping and found some great stuff for a baby quilt! I spent the last five days cutting out 800 hexagons by hand. And to prove it to you I took a picture!
Each stack is 20 blocks of that print. The next step is to arrange these into a random pattern of 720 blocks. The extras I will use to make flowers on the crib bumper pads. Once I get that arranged then I can start sewing each piece together. I’ve got three months left… can I make it?
So as promised, here are a few pictures from last week. We finally got some snow on Friday night so I had a little fun on Saturday morning! Here are a few of my favorites.

Yesterday I completed my “Year in Pictures” project! It was a long and difficult challenge, but it was well worth it! I only missed one day on accident. Here is the last picture for the year; a sunset from our back porch. If you click on the link above, you can see a slideshow of the year. There is a lot of pictures of my kids, and many random images from late nights trying to find something to take a picture of. Amazingly enough, there are a couple good ones in there!
I won’t be doing the same thing in 2009 though. I think I will try and post at least one picture every week. So check back every Monday for a new picture, or two!
You may have noticed the change to my blog back in November. I have finally updated my website so that it looks as good as the blog! I have updated the photo galleries and made a few other changes as well. Go check it out and let me know what you think.
